“Creek Speakers” is the first chartered Toastmasters International club in Queen Creek, and prospective new members and guests are urged to check out this fun and exciting opportunity.
The club is open to all individuals wishing to improve their public speaking and leadership skills. Meetings are held every Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Queen Creek Town Hall Council Chambers, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road. Guests are always welcome and no reservation is required to attend a Tuesday meeting. The local club is one of more than 11,700 clubs around the world and adheres to the successful program established by Toastmasters International in 1924. Members get practice in various forms of public speaking, from spontaneous think-on-your-feet scenarios to formal prepared speeches. Members receive support from other club members, mentors and program materials.
Helping individuals from all walks of life learn to express their ideas verbally in a clear and pleasing manner and gaining self-confidence is the goal of any Toastmasters Club. Personal and professional growth develops as a result.

Meet baseball legend Willie Mays at Don & Charlie's May 9, 16 and 17 starting at 6pm. Mays, a baseball Hall of Famer since 1979, will be there to autograph baseballs or his book Willie Mays: The Life, The Legend by James S. Hirsch. Benefitting Willie May's Say Hey Foundation, which is dedicated to the promotion of academic study for underprivileged children, May's autographs on the baseballs and books will be $200 and all proceeds will go towards the foundation.

National Train Day
May 10, 1869 the Transcontinental Railroad was completed, to celebrate this great achievement and to promote riding the rails on passenger trains, Amtrak started National Train Day in 2008. In 2009 the Arizona Railway Museum joined in this event. During normal operations the museum has 3 to 6 pieces of equipment open for visitors to walk through. For National Train Day the museum opens all of its equipment, approximately 30 cars, for guests to see.
The museum have offered caboose rides, entry in to our locomotives and a chance to blow the locomotive's air horns. When available, privately owned passenger cars and cabooses stored at the museum are also open to the public.

“Creek Speakers” is the first chartered Toastmasters International club in Queen Creek, and prospective new members and guests are urged to check out this fun and exciting opportunity.
The club is open to all individuals wishing to improve their public speaking and leadership skills. Meetings are held every Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Queen Creek Town Hall Council Chambers, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road. Guests are always welcome and no reservation is required to attend a Tuesday meeting. The local club is one of more than 11,700 clubs around the world and adheres to the successful program established by Toastmasters International in 1924. Members get practice in various forms of public speaking, from spontaneous think-on-your-feet scenarios to formal prepared speeches. Members receive support from other club members, mentors and program materials.
Helping individuals from all walks of life learn to express their ideas verbally in a clear and pleasing manner and gaining self-confidence is the goal of any Toastmasters Club. Personal and professional growth develops as a result.

“Creek Speakers” is the first chartered Toastmasters International club in Queen Creek, and prospective new members and guests are urged to check out this fun and exciting opportunity.
The club is open to all individuals wishing to improve their public speaking and leadership skills. Meetings are held every Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Queen Creek Town Hall Council Chambers, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road. Guests are always welcome and no reservation is required to attend a Tuesday meeting. The local club is one of more than 11,700 clubs around the world and adheres to the successful program established by Toastmasters International in 1924. Members get practice in various forms of public speaking, from spontaneous think-on-your-feet scenarios to formal prepared speeches. Members receive support from other club members, mentors and program materials.
Helping individuals from all walks of life learn to express their ideas verbally in a clear and pleasing manner and gaining self-confidence is the goal of any Toastmasters Club. Personal and professional growth develops as a result.

“Creek Speakers” is the first chartered Toastmasters International club in Queen Creek, and prospective new members and guests are urged to check out this fun and exciting opportunity.
The club is open to all individuals wishing to improve their public speaking and leadership skills. Meetings are held every Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Queen Creek Town Hall Council Chambers, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road. Guests are always welcome and no reservation is required to attend a Tuesday meeting. The local club is one of more than 11,700 clubs around the world and adheres to the successful program established by Toastmasters International in 1924. Members get practice in various forms of public speaking, from spontaneous think-on-your-feet scenarios to formal prepared speeches. Members receive support from other club members, mentors and program materials.
Helping individuals from all walks of life learn to express their ideas verbally in a clear and pleasing manner and gaining self-confidence is the goal of any Toastmasters Club. Personal and professional growth develops as a result.

Tonto National Monument
Features two authentic Salado cliff dwellings, occupied during the 13th through the 15th centuries. There is a 1/2-mile trail that takes visitors to the Lower Cliff Dwelling Area, and a longer 3-mile round-trip trail that leads to the Upper Cliff Dwelling, open only during the summer months and by reservation. The visitors center provides a good introduction to the area and the people that once occupied its cliffs, and it is located just off the highway about three miles east of the town of Roosevelt.
